What is a good hair care regime for a man?
I'm 20 years old and dreed the fact that one day i might go bold. Both of my parents have a full head of hair. I take after my father for the most part because i have really thick hair. I have a full head of hair and what to keep it that way as long as possible. I just wanted to ask if anyone might know any good products that can help me prolong the life of my hair and prevent it from thinning and falling out. I currently use nioxin, and GNC hair vitamins.
Answer: If your hair is going to fall out, it's going to fall out. It's caused by genetics. Taking vitamins and using treatments won't do anything except empty your wallet. But since neither of your parents are bald, chances are you won't be either. However, if you do start to lose your hair, products like Rogaine work on some people. You should only take it if you need it cause it could have side effects. Hair transplants and grafts also work on some people.
